Biblical Interpretation Dream – Answering a Question

Biblical Interpretation Dream – Answering a Question, is a testimony of a dream from the Lord submitted by our Sister in the Lord Ann Hinz. This is a great example of the Lord doing what he wills, to insure that we see him in the correct light. Have a read…

Ann’s Dream of Jesus

I was sitting on a bench, like the ones in a botanical garden. I have no memory of my surroundings but I was sitting by myself.

I was feeling contented, free from anxiety, just enjoying the moment. Well then I was no longer alone, someone sat next to me. He was very close so that the sides of our bodies were touching.

I then recognized this man to be Jesus my brother and friend. I was perfectly at ease. He then talked to me directly into my ear as if what he had to say was meant for me and he did not want me to miss a single word.

He said, “You know Ann, everything I did here on earth, I did as totally human.” After that he was gone. I didn’t have a chance to say anything and I was left to process that short sentence.

I have always had a question in my mind about the specifics of how Jesus’ miracles happened and what was Jesus’ genetic make-up anyhow? That’s just how my mind thinks.

Anyway, I understand so much better that it was the Holy Spirit working through Jesus as a human man and if only we listen to the Father and have faith we can be used by the Holy Spirit to do miracles as well. I’m just now seeing the miracles were just the gravy.

Jesus lived His whole life on earth doing exactly what His Father told Him to without a thought of Himself including bearing the punishment of the cross. I’m so petty. All this time I thought it was all about the healing and deliverances. That’s not what He was telling me at all. He was telling me of His great love.

From Brian – Biblical Interpretation Dream

Acts 2:17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:

The reason that I gave this the name “Biblical Interpretation Dream,” is because what Jesus told her in her dream, is in perfect alignment with the Word of God. As we know (or should know) we are to test the “spirits” and yes that’s a deliberate pluralization.

1 John 4: King James Bible

1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

Another thing I’d like to mention, is that this confirms (for me personally) what I have touched on in other areas on this site. That Jesus was THE example of a man full of, and anointed with, the Holy Ghost.

So many people think that because he was the Only Begotten Son of God, that he had extra elements that helped him to wind up with the attributes of being God’s Son. In other words, he had an unfair advantage that we don’t get to enjoy.

If memory serves me, I believe that this is explained well in “Why was Jesus Tempted in the Wilderness,” should anyone want to find out why and how Jesus was able to do the things that he did.

Scriptural Connection

The scriptural connection that I’d like to make as it relates to Ann’s dream, is the following:

John 14: King James Bible

10 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. 11 Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works’ sake.

12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.

13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.

15 If ye love me, keep my commandments. 16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;

17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

There’s the process. Jesus lived his life here on the earth before crucifixion, as a man filled with the Holy Ghost. From what I can see Biblically, the only leg up that he had on everyone else, is a concrete knowledge base that he may have been born with.

I say that thinking on his discussing scripture with rabbis when he was a child.

Luke 2: King James Version Bible

42 And when he was twelve years old, they went up to Jerusalem after the custom of the feast.

46 And it came to pass, that after three days they found him in the temple, sitting in the midst of the doctors, both hearing them, and asking them questions. 47 And all that heard him were astonished at his understanding and answers.

So I would like to bear witness in confirming this dream for Ann by way of the scriptures above. Not that she needed it, nor did she ask for it. But it’s always exciting when the Lord says something to someone, giving them insight, and it is proven out to be the truth through his written Word.
