This world that we live in has long since fallen, and the earth awaits the Savior to return and rule with a rod of iron and to eliminate spiritual defilement and supernatural darkness in a triumphant return. And as we know from scripture; (Romans 8:22) For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.

There is a battle that has been raging for thousands of years, and the consequences of that battle effect us all on every level; spiritually, physically, financially, mentally, and emotionally. The Lord has given us such a powerful weapon against the Kingdom of Darkness that comes as a benefit of salvation, and that weapon is the Word of God.
5.0 out of 5 stars Well read on the subject but in awe of new insights.,

I read a lot of books on the on the topic of this book, but rarely feel led to write reviews. The author has done a masterful and I believe inspired job of exploring and defining a subject the Christian community too infrequently tackles. He does it with thorough Biblical research and reveals many new insights and thoughts on Satan’s influence on our culture. He presents the information in simple uncomplicated terms and offers worthwhile advice to every reader. Ephesians five tells us to expose the works of Satan and this book does an excellent job in doing just that. Every Christian or even person with an inquiring heart would benefit greatly from reading this most insightful and interesting book.

In his Word, we are given inside tactical information and the strategy that is employed by the enemy. In “Kingdom of Darkness in a Fallen World,” that information is extracted from the Word of God and made plain for anyone to understand. Also, this is presented in such a way, that you can see the parallels that are at play between strategy Satan used against God and his children in the past, versus what we can observe going on in our world today. The seed war is raging strong in the dark corners of the world today.Purchased Kingdom of Darkness in a Fallen World

I have come to understand through the Bible that spiritual ignorance helps nobody. Being partakers of Christ, we have the responsibility to gain a firm understanding of what the Bible has to say about the things of the spirit on every available level, not just the happy lessons but the hard ones as well. Those lessons about our enemies in the spiritual realm are there to provide insight and intelligence, not to fill pages. There’s nothing at all that the Holy Spirit has kept in the written Word of God that was meant to fill pages. It’s all worthy of study and to chew slowly like a good steak.

5.0 out of 5 stars Brought me back to the Word!,
April 13, 2016 By Sean Heaning
What I loved about Brian’s work here is his straight forward approach, consolidated from a number of different literary resources including our Holy Bible. But it all gels! This book inspired me to go back to Genesis with a newfound, refreshing vigor. Kingdom of Darkness in a Fallen World will touch a strong cord with those who have an interest to see what is truly lurking within the spiritual realm!

As the days get tainted with supernatural darkness that often remains unseen, people begin to question things that they may not have thought about during brighter days. The rise of occult activity, ghosts, aliens, and supernatural events, carve the landscape of the Kingdom of Darkness into the minds of the general public every day. As Christians, we Satisfied Customerneed to be equipped with Biblical answers to spiritual questions. But this doesn’t come easy as the temptation to acclimate into the world gets more covert every day.
Positive feedback about the bookIf we don’t equip ourselves with the answers to these questions, the world out there has all kinds of answers that will

keep people in bondage. The society that we sojourn
through does not accept a simple “don’t do that” when being warned about involvement in something wicked. A solid answer can make a big difference between whether or not someone winds up chewing on the thought, or being left with no food for thought at all.

Proverbs 25:
11 A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in pictures of silver.

5.0 out of 5 starsA True Revelation of Satan and the Demonic Realm

April 12, 2016 By Brenda

I have learned so much from Brian Reynolds about the Kingdom of Darkness that I can give this book no less than five stars! Brian, complete with Biblical references, takes the reader through a very real explanation of who Satan really is, the difference between fallen angels and demons, why the great flood had to happen, and who the giants were in the Bible. There is much more written in this gem than the things I have mentioned here. Throughout the entire book, Brian Reynolds makes sure to tell the reader the things that, after careful study, are his opinion or suggestion and things that the reader can be certain are Biblically sound. I was hooked from the beginning as I learned things I (understandably) never heard from the pulpit! This is a serious and eye opening read for anyone who desires to know and understand the spiritual realm. It gives 2 COR 10:3-5 real meaning! This is not light reading by any means and, as Brian states, not Canon, but it answers many questions that I certainly had! I appreciate his scripture references and his making it clear to test everything he has written against scripture. With a wonderful invitation for readers to come to Christ near the end of the book, I am very glad I had the good sense to purchase and learn a lot from “Kingdom of Darkness in a Fallen World.

A lot of ground is covered in “Kingdom of Darkness in a Fallen World,” and each chapter is packed with scriptures from the KJV. The chapters and the subtitles come and go quickly for easy reference. For those who would share the book with someone who’s salvation is in question, there is an alter call located in the final chapter. You never know what will be used by God to get someone to call upon him. When people are alone in their thoughts such as what takes place reading a book, they may be introduced to things that they may have had no clue about.

Synopsis: Kingdom of Darkness in a Fallen World

Kingdom of Darkness in a Fallen World Synopsis
“Kingdom of Darkness in a Fallen World” will edify, inform, instruct, and bolster the believer using God’s Word and scriptural insight about the common enemy we all are facing in this dark world.

Chapter 1- Why we should Pay Attention p.10

• Why we Should Care p.12
• Staying free from Demonic Problems p.14
• Helping Someone with Demonic Issues p.15

This chapter gives the reasoning behind writing this book and details the benefit of knowing ALL of the Bible, not just the shiny parts. God has strategically placed information within his Word for us to benefit from, even in the most unlikely places.  Whether it be talking about Jesus, or talking about the Fallen One, it’s all there for us to use against spiritual wickedness in high places, not solely for our comfort and personal growth. And not just to be kept for ourselves, but to pass on to others and to help as the Lord leads.

Chapter 2- The Origin of Satan p.18

• Why care about Satan’s Origin? P.18
• No Sympathy for the Devil p.19
• Satan Entered Judas p.20
• Anointed Cherub that Covereth p.23
• What Satan is Not p.25

Who is this character that has caused so many problems across the earth throughout time? As the subtitles denote, this chapter describes why we should care to learn basic Biblical facts about our enemy, to wipe out any misconceived notions about his abilities, intentions, and power. A firm assessment of the enemy is important in any battle, be it physical war or spiritual.

Chapter 3- Why would God leave Satan on Earth? p.28

• Insult to Injury p.29
• Adam’s Fall p.31
• Jesus is the Remedy p.32

Being among one of the more popular points of discussion is the following question. Why would a loving God leave someone like Satan on earth with his most beloved creation? That question is answered in-depth in this chapter, and the outcome may shock many readers.

Chapter 4- Kingdom of Darkness p.35

• What we will learn about Demons p.36
• What can we learn about Angels? p.37
• Sons of God p.40
• Angel Attributes p.42
• Demonic Conditioning through Media p.46

What can the Bible teach us about the players included in the spiritual war waged around us every day? We’ll find in this chapter that angels and demons are creatures that differ in position, ability, authority, and rights. Some presuppositions are installed in our brains via media. This chapter only scratches the surface about that but shows how different areas of media (music, movies, TV, Internet, etc.) are controlling the worldly conversation about how things go on spiritually.

Chapter 5- The Seed War p.38

• Phase 1: Declaring War p.39
• A different World before the Flood p.41
• A Troubling Future p.43
• Step 1: Preventing the Seed of the Woman p.45
• Step 2: How to get Good Help p.46
• The Watcher’s Offspring p.49
• Yesterday’s dead Nephilim are Today’s Demons p.51

The seed war was a response by God Almighty when he dealt with the serpent in the Garden after Adam’s fall; declaring that the seed of the woman will bruise the head of the serpent’s seed. We explore Satan’s dilemma concerning this and what he had struggled to do about it since the Lord God introduced it to him in the Garden of Eden. An exercise in futility on Satan’s part, but it is good to examine the different tactics that were used then, as things seem to come full circle.

In this chapter, we enter into the pre-flood fallen angelic problem that caused this place to be turned inside out and forced the Lord to intervene. Some characters are introduced here into the fray such as the Watchers, Enoch, Nephilim, and the departed Nephilim spirits.

Chapter 6- Executing Judgement p.54

• A Deal with the Devil p.54
• An Absent Problem p.56
• God’s Judgement: Azazel p.57
• God’s Judgement: 199 and Offspring p.59
• Where are They Now? p.62
• Perfect in his Generations p.63

A deep look into the Genesis 6 problem using scripture and also leaning on the Enochian account to elaborate on the issues of those days. What happened, why it happened, how it happened, and the unseen, unmentioned, and perhaps forgotten about, entity orchestrating it all, is discussed and exposed in this chapter. We observe God’s response to all of this and find that the reasoning behind the flood may be far different than we’ve been taught in Church.

Chapter 7- A Controversial Return p.66

• Recap of the First Incursion p.67
• A New Spiritual Species p.68
• Genetic Stowaway p.70
• New waves of Fallen Angels p.71
• And the Winner is? p.72
• God knows his Stuff p.76

We discuss the ideas about how the Nephilim re-emerged onto the post-flood scene. Some arguments are presented and opinions are given.

Chapter 8- The New Incursion p.77

• Princes and Powers of the Air p.77
• Ancient Demon Worship p.78
• Satan’s Problem and Remedy Re-Vamped p.79
• Nimrod the Assyrian p.80
• Nephilim Tribes p.81
• Nephilim Individuals p.88

This chapter presents the new games that are being played spiritually as the spiritual war takes a new shape in the post-flood world. The various tribes and individuals recorded in the Bible that were of Nephilim descent that peppered the landscape are detailed here. We also observe the new problems that their fallen ancestry are creating across the earth, getting their wicked bearings at this time and taking their marching orders from Satan.

Chapter 9- Land of the Dead p.90

• REPHAIM – A General Reference p.91
• Removing the Raphaim Infestation p.92
• David and Goliath p.94
• Concluding the Old Testament Nephilim Issue p.97

This chapter goes into detail of the Israeli wars against the inhabitants of the promised land. Who was dwelling in the land at that time and why they were there in the first place is discussed. This is the last chapter that deals with the Biblical historical accounts of the spiritual war that bled into existence in those days, and Satan’s attempts to extinguish the seed of the woman from the face of the earth.

Chapter 10- Jesus and Satan – Face to Face p.99

• Three Different Accounts p.99
• Lead into the Wilderness p.102
• Tempted Forty Days p.103
• Satan is Not all Knowing! P.104
• Spiritual Recognition p.106
• If He leads you In, He’ll lead you Out p.107

In this chapter, we examine the reasoning behind the exchange between Jesus and Satan during Jesus’s fast in the wilderness. We also get into the different intricacies that were involved from the second Jesus receives the Holy Ghost, to the moment he walks out of the wilderness in the power of the Holy Spirit. This chapter points out that after approximately 4,000 years, Satan’s worst fear is realized in the flesh.

Chapter 11- An Old Testament Night Terror p.109

• Planting a Wicked Seed p.112

Reaching back into the oldest book of the Bible, which is the book of Job, we examine the first account of someone being physically tormented and also deceived by a demonic spirit. This is something that drove much of the conversation and the line of thinking in the book of Job, leading his well-meaning friends to err. We discuss Night Terrors and take a close look at the language used in this account with surprising parallels to what we find going on today.

Chapter 12- New Testament Demonic Encounter p. 115

• Demoniac of Gadara p.115
• Scriptural Breakdown – Demonic Behavior p.116
• Demonic Torment on the Body p.118

The demoniac of Gadara is the most famous of all demonic encounters found in the New Testament and is packed full of information that we can learn from. We get a good description of what a full-on, out of control possession looks like, and take a look at some headlines detailing the same thing happening today around the world.

Chapter 13- Casting Demons without Christ p.132

• False Deliverance and Exorcisms p.133
• Casting out Energies p.134
• Go into the Light! P.135
• Why do False Deliverance Work? p.137

There are several different ways that people adhere to these days to remove demonic entities from people’s lives, homes, or properties. Most of these do not include Christ, and if they do, it’s from an occult or New Age kind of view. We discuss a few of these different un-Biblical practices and can draw on what we’ve learned of the different tactics used by the Kingdom of Darkness in the past, to determine why these things are taking place now, and the trick involved behind the scenes about why it has the appearance of being effective.

Chapter 14- The Familiar Spirit p.142

• Different Shapes and Sizes p.142
• God’s Attitude about Familiar Spirits p.145
• King Saul and the Witch of Endor p.147
• Why seek ye the Living among the Dead? P.151

We take a look into the Word of God to figure out exactly what a familiar spirit is and who it is that takes advantage of them. We also take into account what the Lord says about them and those who utilize the services of those who call upon familiar spirits. This chapter shines a light on where these things are most active today, and how they have won over many hearts to the kingdom in which they operate, which is the Kingdom of Darkness.

Chapter 15- The Spirit of Fear p.153

• Unnatural Fear p.153
• Discernment p.155
• Instructions against the Spirit of Fear p.157
• Spirit of Power p.158
• Spirit of Love p.161
• A sound Mind p.162

The spirit of fear is not just a mindset but is a being who specializes in fear. Though all demonic forces have the ability to cause a sickening sense of fear in the gut, none is more unreasonable than the spirit of fear. We go in-depth on the subject and explain the tools that the Lord made available to combat an assault from this type of spirit. Also, why we may feel fear in different spiritual situations is examined.

Chapter 16- Spiritual Significance of Words p.165

• Words p.166

This chapter describes how the Kingdom of Darkness has caused us to forget that words matter to God, and they are not disposable noises that go forgotten. We go over that and introduce many scriptures to back up the Lord’s thoughts about the usage of words, and their spiritual ramifications.

Chapter 17- Spiritual Legalities- Actions p.180

• Fooling around with Ouija Boards p.180
• Séances p.181
• Ghost Hunting p.182
• The Big Three p.183
• All around common sense p.184

Ouija boards are notorious for being a bad idea to use, even if you’re not a believer in Christ, most people have that general information that bad things have happened as a result of using one.

But what about seances, or Ghost Hunting?

Seeing how popular these activities are on television and at cemeteries and haunted houses near you, how do these activities measure up in God’s eyes? The supernatural reactions to the aforementioned actions are exposed, warned about, and explained. Using a Biblical narrative, we take the mystery out of these “mysterious” activities and introduce the truth behind them.

Chapter 18- Find Peace with Jesus p.189

• Don’t give up if Prayer is a Struggle p.191

The shortest yet most important chapter in the whole book. This chapter introduces the reader to the Lord Jesus and invites them to talk to the Father concerning their salvation. Also, there is another prayer included to help out those who may be saved but have found that they may have been spiritually contaminated somehow with taking part in things that they shouldn’t have.

  1. It’s great when I bump into website like this one. All this information is information that benefits us all. Learn and appreciate, Read and enhance. Apply and pass on. I like to see the kingdom of darkness at the earth we live in. Sure it is also hell but earth is full of darkness too.

    • Hi Linda,
This world is indeed shrouded in Darkness. However, those days are numbered for certain. The Lord is going to come and destroy all the works of the enemy, and will make things right. And praise God Almighty for that!
Thank you for checking it out, and for your comment. God bless!

  2. I must say that am quite impressed about this great knowledge your providing , and I also believe every part of it that I have been able to catch by sight . though my worry is those who don’t know yet about these realities , I would like us all to play a big role in letting them know by reaching out to them through prayer and action . thank you again

    • Hi Mutesi,
Thank you for your comment! I appreciate it and agree with you completely concerning playing a role informing those who are not “in the know,” about these strange matters. Often, the trouble starts with people preaching about things that the Lord hasn’t given all the answers to yet via the Holy Spirit. So, anywhere that is fuzzy, presuppositions are used to fill the blanks. Much of the time, these presuppositions are unbiblical and begin the journey down a road that the Lord had never intended.

Thanks again for your comment & kind words!

      God bless!

  3. Great article on your book, looks like a really good read, not to mention from looking at some of the other comments that it’s scripturally sound as well which is great! As an aside, I like how you put the reviews into your article as well. Do you know if I can access the book from Amazon in Australia? Thanks for your help.

    • Hi Ian,

My apologies for my tardy reply. The Lord’s been keeping me on my toes lately! Wherever there is access to Amazon, it will be available. Thanks for checking out the book, and also for your kind words. May the Lord bless you and keep you, and give you peace throughout all of your comings and goings in Jesus name.

    • Hi Trisha,
I’m sorry that you can’t get the book. Just to let you know; if location is the issue, the eBook is available for any Kindle device if you’re interested. I know that the paperback isn’t available everywhere. I guess it’s all available wherever Amazon can reach! Thank you very much for your kind words and prayers, and for taking the time to check the book out! May the Lord bless you in in every area of your life, lift you up and give you victory through Christ in all circumstances in Jesus name.

  5. Author-Elmo Hudson! (First Survival of Alzheimer’s Healed by Holy Spirit) I read most of the comments on your site and it would be a good read but it is so much more that need to be done to have the knowledge to understand this phrase of the scriptures especially many people dealt with so many topics of the bible but miss the most vital part in what ultimate salvation consist of people not only railroad people to heaven instead of letting them know what eternal salvation consist of and that’s Doctrine by itself people are more interesting in sugarcoating the gospel than telling people the truth because most don’t know what is true for they don’t have time to study and research the bible including dates, time periods, colors, numbers, types and shadows. I belong to a section of the Body of Christ that is all white and from the South and they have been together since 1913 and they have ministers meeting every six weeks for three days seeking truth and they have changed some things that we found a greater revelation and its not about people its about truth that the restore church will operate for seven years in a perfect working order with a perfected message to prepare a people for and eternal life just life the first century that operated in a perfect working for forty years from 30 A.D. to 70 A.D when Titus and the Roman Army destroy the City of Jerusalem and scatter the Jews to the four corners of the earth and they cease to be a Nation again until 1947 or 1948 the church then went into a darkness condition and the truth and power left the church since that time Jesus has been working to bring it back into existence with God gifted Apostles once again prior to the coming of Christ for His Bride and I Thessalonians 3:13 said He is coming back with His Saints, this is just a taste of what The Holy Spirit has revealed to us. Your book would be a good read for many church going people that believe they are Christians and ready for Heaven?

    • Hi there Elmo,
Well, that’s the main reason for the Salvation page, to encourage people to introduce themselves to the Father and to receive Jesus as their Savior. Also concerning the book, I’ve included an alter call in the last chapter, for one of two reasons. First would be for the reader to have a guideline to go by if they’re not already saved, or if they have a question in any way concerning their eternal whereabouts should the Lord tarry, and the person go by way of the grave. Second, would be for those who lend the book out to someone who they are pretty sure are not saved, but would be interested in the topics covered in the book.

I agree with you on a few points that you made. One of which is being too busy to get into the Word and give it the study and time it deserves. It’s by no accident at all if you think about who’s in charge of this world. I’ve just written another book entitled “Not of this World: Out of the Mire” concerning that very topic. Also, it’s a short book built specifficaly for the busy reader.

There is an attack on all fronts when it comes to the Word of God, and keeping people busy or otherwise occupied is just one tactic involved. Done to keep us from being able to digest what the Lord would want to feed us through his Word.

Hey Elmo, thank you for taking the time here and checking out the page. Have a look around the site, you may enjoy some of the articles posted or maybe have a gander at the topics being covered in the Bible Study section.
Thanks again and may the Lord bless you in Jesus mighty name.

  6. I have read and enjoyed this post greatly. I wrote a similar post called, “Fallen World- Screwed up!”

Last year a man following a little girl into the bathroom would have been arrested. Today I could be arrested for trying to stop him.

The Bible talks about a time of moral declension in the book of Judges. It talks about how everyone did what was right in their own eyes.

The travesty of it all is that they think they are doing right!

I have a group in Facebook called SWI Daily Devotional. Please feel free to post sometimes and I am praying for this blog.

If you have a good spam blocker there is no need for that caphua . This hurts your ranking.

    • Hi Christopher,
Amen and Amen! We are coming under fire for acknowledging that there is a male, and a female, despite how one perceives themselves. As soon as one is potty trained the mystery’s over. But we are condemned for knowing these absolutes. The Lord gave a woe to those who trade good as evil and evil as good. It goes without saying that this issue is truly a sign of the times that we’re in, and the spiritual condition that comes when a nation forcefully removes the blessing hand of God off of a nation. Concerning what you said about they think that they’re doing right, this comes to mind:
      Romans 1:
      28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, 30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, 31 Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:

32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
I would Brother but I don’t have a Facebook account right now. To be honest, I get spam messages all of the time and am pleased so far with the spam blocker installed. I’ll take removing the captcha into consideration. Not too sure what I’d be looking at if I did.

Thank you Brother for your kind words and for your prayers! Hey, if you’d like a dedicated spot on the Preach It or the Testimony section of this site, shoot me an email and I’ll post it. You can add info to your ministry in there as well to help promote it! Check them out up on the menu bar for more info. God bless you in the name of Jesus, and I pray that your ministry reaches those who’ll receive the Word with an! open heart and receive Christ Jesus!

  7. Congratulations, you have provided a vast and wonderful about of information about Kingdom of Darkness in a Fallen World. You stated that this book will aid you in your walk to become equipped with answers or help you help someone else; which is fantastic. I heard someone mention this book or something similar to it a few months ago, but I really didn’t understand the meaning of the book. You stated 5 good reasons to read this book and to have it in your library this is valuable information, thank you I plan on passing this information along.

    • Hi there Green,

Thank you for your consideration to share the info about the book to others. So far, anyone who’s read it was blessed by it somehow (at least that’s what I hear from those who’ve read it and wanted to share their thoughts about what they’ve learned through the book). So I’m sure that there will be something in it not just for those who you pass it along to, but for yourself as well!

I chuckled a bit when you said that you really didn’t understand the meaning of the book at first! Reason being, there is so much going on in this book, that it’s tough to give it a good description in a few sentences. At least it is for me anyways. Since the book was released I’ve been on a few shows to talk about it, and to be honest, I wasn’t sure where to even start when asked to tell the audience about it! So I understand what you’re saying…

Thank you again for your comment and God bless you!

  8. We always need to keep in mind that the term ” I am the alpha and the omega was used in the Bible several times (new and old). Alpha and omega means the entire total of reality. There is none other but him! All comes from him, for a purpose. Also god mad man in his image (not likeness!)This means that man was created with opposite attributes from that of God. Darkness was created by man. Also, God said I created the evil intent and I also created the pentateuch (in Hebrew, the Torah) as the spice with which to correct it. This means that, as with spice, pepper or even salt, we can only take in in very small portions because it must change the taste (the intent) of man’s evil intent. It is the Job of the devil to test the righteous, not those in the material world. We don’t need him, we outdo him. We need to know that in spirituality, death is the material world in which we live! (though I walk in the valley of death) and life is the Spiritual world, the world in which we all become loyal and good shepherds of and for each other, (mutual guarantee). The evil intent of man is his ego, The desire to create reality in any way he can, almost always at the expense of others). Coming out of the garden of Eden the spirit within the garden was shattered into 600,000 shards. This means that each of us got a different bit, or a few bits in infinite combinations. This means that each of us left with a minute part of the nature of the garden of Eden, in fact, only enough to allow us to function in this world but it did leave an option. That option is that man can unite as good shepherds and by uniting the qualities given to each, we can recreate the spirit of the garden of evil and live in the reality that was always planned for us there but via conscious free will. It is the job of mankind to bring consciousness to creation. This is why we were given dominion over everything. So, our ego is the force of darkness that has to grow to the extent that we cannot abide the price it takes and, therefore, pushes us towards the light (wisdom). We are here to find our own way. The Messiah comes from within us, we create him by abandoning our evil nature. This is true on the personal level and on the collective level.

    • Hi there AJ,
I was with you till about the 6th sentence till you started going down a road that tosses us off of the pages of the Bible and into something else completely.

We are made in God’s image, not God’s negative. We have the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit. We are Spirit, housed in a soul and clothed in a body. That’s the image, They are three yet one God, we are three yet one human. Being born again with the Holy Ghost birthing a new spirit within us when we receive Christ, completes that image. And we are re-connected to the Father through Christ, bridging the gap that the fall created. Also you’re not taking into account that man was first, before evil existed.

I respect your beliefs, but disagree with almost everything you had to say afterwards. I would advise that you get into the Word of God and stick to what his Word has to say about things. If you’re open to it, I really think that Kingdom of Darkness in a Fallen World will help you out big time if you gave it a chance.

I really do appreciate your taking the time to come and check out the page, and the time you took to comment! God bless you in the name of the Lord Jesus the Messiah! The one who was, who is, and is to come!

    • Hi there Donnie,
Thanks for picking it up! I appreciate you doing so and am happy that you liked it! If you found the info useful and think that it may help someone out, borrow away! God bless you and thanks for your comment.

  9. Brian, this book looks awesome! Thanks for being a warrior for Christ. Lord knows we need more of you in the world. I believe in Jesus, God, and the holy spirit and I pray that God have mercy on everyone when he comes back to the world. I know we are all forgiven because Jesus died for us, but there are many people who do not believe, and it’s for their own theories. It’s a shame because a lot of people don’t believe because they can’t see him. They want proof. I can’t remember the verse but Jesus said blessed is he who believes without seeing. Thanks for writing this book. God bless you.

    • Hi there Jonathan,

You’re absolutely right, blessed are those who believe and have not seen. Jesus said that to one of his disciples in John chapter 14 I believe. I guess that’s another reason we’re blessed! We’ve believed without seeing. It is quite possible that he said that to our benefit in the days we are living in now more than ever. Where “seeing is believing” is a necessity for those who are spiritually dead and don’t understand the Word, as the Word of God is spiritual and the carnal man doesn’t understand the things of the spirit, it is foolishness to him. But to us who are saved it is the power of God!

It is that power of God that softened our hearts enough, and gave us the ability to understand just enough to get saved. Having been born again, a new alive spirit born within us, we see the Word (and the world) through a different lens than others who haven’t been saved. It is the truth of Christ that sets us free. And he who the Son sets free is free indeed, but if you don’t have Jesus, and have not been set free than what are you? You’re not then free, but in bondage and in the hand of the evil one through the carnal nature of the flesh. I did a real short page concerning this that concentrates on Romans chapter seven called Self vs Spirit.

Another thing that you brought up is also true, that people want proof. That’s prophetic when you think about it:

      2 Peter 3:

3 Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, 4 And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.

      Luke 11:

29 And when the people were gathered thick together, he began to say, This is an evil generation: they seek a sign; and there shall no sign be given it, but the sign of Jonas (or Jonah) the prophet.

We as ambassadors of Christ must provide the evidence required by our lives and conversation. Living for Christ, we need to always be mindful about who’s watching us. Not for prideful reasons nor to earn brownie points with the Lord, but because we’ve got no idea about the impact we make in the lives of others by how we live, and how we conduct our confession.

I’ve said it on a couple of different pages on this site: For some people, the only Jesus they will ever see, is the Jesus in you, and the Jesus in me. As the book makes perfectly clear, we are at war in the spirit whether we like it or not. And the key to victory is given to us in the book of Revelation.

      Revelation 12:

12 And they (us) overcame him (Satan and all of his forces) by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

Anyways, thank you for your wonderful comment and all of your kind words. I pray that it’s a blessing to you and please if it does bless you, let someone else borrow it if you feel may aid them. God bless you in Jesus name!

  10. This sounds like a very interesting read and I plan on doing just that, reading it soon.
It is amazing how things really are lining up for a majopr battle between good and evil and for those of us who believe in God now is the time to take action.
    Thanks for the post!

    • Hi Shawn,

Amen Brother! The Bible tells us that today is the day of salvation! For all that come to a point that they have a chance to meet Jesus and be saved and cleansed from the stains of this world, that day is their day. Thank you for checking out this site and I know that the book will be a blessing to you!

The lines have been drawn, but the Kingdom of Darkness are doing their utmost to blur those lines, creating confusion (both physical and spiritual) in the world today and also in the church that is suppose to bear Christ’s name. Anyone who is filled with the Spirit of God, and has studied his Word prayerfully know without a shadow of a doubt, that there are no shades of gray in Jesus. We are either for him or against him.

But the dark forces have caused people o think that shades of gray are acceptable in the eyes of God. Promoting every which way to get to Heaven or to otherwise find peace after death. Maybe even get to come back as someone or something new. All deception to get the eyes of mankind off of the one and only way that the Lord has established for us to be saved.

Most often, people that call themselves Christian have not recognized the wiles of the devil, nor would they understand the reality of the battle going on over their lives, words, decisions, actions, etc.. This book is meant for those who the Lord has awoken to the supernatural reality that is happening unseen, and would like to know how it all started, and to better recognize the enemy when it comes to antagonize them or their faith.

The closer we become to the Lord, the bigger threat we become to the enemy. This enemy does not run away because of that, but grows in number against you, and rises up like a tide to frustrate your faith in Jesus. But the truth of the matter is, that when the enemy comes in like a flood, God will raise a standard against them, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against the Body of Christ, those who truly follow the Lord and love him.

Looks like I’m working my way into a new blog post! LOL. Thank you for your comment and may the Lord bless you and keep you in the mighty name of Jesus!

  11. Hello BReynolds, I like what you stand for and I admire the fact that you wrote your own book. This is something I have considered for some time. I write a lot about the book of Revelation, End Time prophecy. That is what I love most. Keep up the good work. May the Lord bless all the work of your hands.

    Edward Mijarez

    • Hi there Mijareze,

Thanks for your comment and also the blessing! I never dreamed that I’d ever write a book about anything to be honest with you. The Lord has placed a call upon us for reasons that are not often easily explained. Your passion for End Time Prophecy, and your writing on the subject is probably right where he wants you to be. And who knows, maybe you’ll be tackling a book on the subject yourself soon?

While we’re at it, I’d like to throw this up for people to go check out when they’re done reading here. I’d suggest that anyone that is interested in Fiction books from a Christian perspective, go check out Ed’s website Called Christian Fiction.

Thanks again for your comment. God bless you and keep you in Jesus name!

    • Hi there Louanne,
Thank you for taking the time to check it out! I pray that it’s a blessing to you. Come back often to find anything new going on with the site, the newest is the study that is going on with the Whole Armor of God in the Bible Study section. Check it out! I hope that you get your hands on the book and enjoy it! God bless you.

  12. Thanks for telling us about this book and posting a video about it. After watching the video, I’m convinced to give this book as a present to my parents and I think they’ll really enjoy it. I also like the fact that the book can be good for someone whose salvation needs help, I have just the person in mind. Can you recommend other similar books that I could give them?

    • Hi Julie,

Thank you for that and I hope that it’s a blessing for your parents and also that person you have in mind that may need reason to be persuaded to come into the fold of the Body of Christ. Not knowing what they would prefer, I’ll throw some names out there that you can look into as each are all over the web (especially YouTube).

Tom Horn, Chris Putnam, Doc Marquis, L.A. Marzulli, Josh Peck, Rob Skiba, Michael Lake, Chuck Missler, Paul McGuire, Gary Stearman, and Steve Quayle.

Hands down, the Bible is the sure foundation to my book (and is also packed with scripture detailing each topic matter). That said, the men I mentioned above are researchers that each have their own particular niche. Any one of these authors are experts in their areas of study, and their research is a large influence to the overall worldview discussed in Kingdom of Darkness in a Fallen World.

Thanks for the Comment and your interest in the book! God bless you and I hope you are able to take a peek at it before you give it to your parents!

  13. I really like the voice you use in your writing that puts us right into the story you are summarizing. I was immediately captivated and drawn into reading further. I am not sure if this is a book I would personally read, as I am firm in my testimony and don’t necessarily want or need to be “challenged”, but I do know some that would benefit from and appreciate the new perspective that “Kingdom of Darkness in a Fallen World” can bring.

I also really appreciate that you put a video in for us. Not everyone grasps things through text, so having the visual with the video is a nice added bonus in my opinion. Thanks for sharing and keep up the great work! I love the site!

    • Hi there Courtney,

Thanks for the kind words and your review of the page! I’m glad that you enjoy this site! Reading that seems to make this thing all worthwhile!

Just for the record, your testimony wouldn’t be challenged, or your walk in Christ wouldn’t be challenged. None of any areas of Salvation would be challenged at all. What I was referring to was all the unbiblical presuppositions that are taught as Biblical. Many of which wind up giving people who may not have Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior reason to be very confused about the Lord.

Right off the bat in the book I point out that there is nothing in the book that will add to or subtract from anyone’s salvation. But as a believer, being armed with information that can help someone else come to grips with the reality of the 2 different Kingdoms at war, and how it’s played out through history, could pull someone off of the fence and to fall on the side that the Lord’s been waiting for them to receive.

And there’s also an opportunity given for someone to ask the Lord into their heart at the back of the book for those that begin reading the book because they think it’s a cool topic, but then feel the gravity of what’s going on and take stock of their lives. So there is a means by which the book can be used for others who may not be secured spiritually.

It’s God’s will that none should perish.

Thank you very much for the positive response and if you enjoy this site, come back often because there’s usually something new around here every few days. God bless you!

  14. I struggle to have my questions answered an I find that it leaves me sometimes confused about what I should be doing with my life and how I perceive it. I have tried to find something that could answer these questions but nothing really seems right. The internet can be a great source of information but also can lead you in a loop so I’m going to read this book an see how it goes 🙂
    Thanks Brian

    • Hi there Eliah,

Thanks for being willing to give it a shot! There are things in the book that you may not ever find on the internet, but most topics and issues covered are all based and found in the Bible. Kingdom of Darkness in a Fallen World is geared toward equipping Christians to be able to answer questions of a supernatural nature, and to recognize the fingerprints of the enemy in our daily lives. But at the same time, anyone can read it and get a good grasp of what is going on.

If someone who is not a Christian or not Born Again reads this book and can get past the Christian lingo, it wouldn’t take long for them to start looking around and recognizing with a fresh set of eyes different things that are mentioned in the book in fact happening around themselves or others. A fresh explanation to things that may have always gone on in their lives.

If you have any questions or remarks about the book or the info in it, please don’t hesitate to send me an email. Because of how you worded your comment, It appears that you’re one of the people I wrote this for! lol.

Take care, thank you for the comment and God bless you!

PS: Please head over to Amazon and leave a review of the book when you’ve finished it. To do that, just head over to and in the search bar type in Kingdom of Darkness in a Fallen World, and it should come up. Thank you very much in advance!

  15. I got saved i June of 1985, and I went thru a world of warfare, all by myself, I really had noone to turn to, if you can believe that? I devoured the Word of God, and followed Him where ever He took me, finally Satan tripped me up by sending a woman to my house that was full of demons, and they got me so down that I attempted to take my life, BUT GOD, my two favorite words, would not let me go, my daughters and other believers prayed me thru, the Drs. said if I lived I would be a vegetable , not able to do anything for myself, not even feed myself, I had left word that I did not want to be on any machines that prolonged my life, and my girls wanting to obey my requests, and also listening to the Drs. but having faith too, decided to take me off the ventilater, that was prolonging my life, and leave it in Gods hands. I was in a coma, but after a few days I came out of it, I was in rehab for a couple of months, but now I am fine, Praise God for His Mercy & goodness. I can do everything that anybody else can do, including being able to drive, I am thankful to be alive, as I can now reach many more people for His Kingdom & Glory.

    • Hi Gayla,
Praise God and amen!! What a powerful testimony, and thank the Lord that he pulled you through all of that. I do have a question for you… What was it that made you think that it was a demonic attack from something attached to that woman? I understand all too well, that is often the case with someone trying to get their lives straightened out with the Lord. Demonic forces worm their way in somehow when there’s an opportunity given. So I don’t doubt that you’re right, I’m just curious about how that was determined in your situation. Very interesting.

Suicide is a type of demonic endgame move for a particular target, especially if that target is a Christian that is seeking out God’s plan for his or her lives. No matter what, a Bible believing Christian who is actively seeking out the heart of God and his plan for their lives, is an automatic threat to the Kingdom of Darkness. I’m not saying that people don’t attempt suicide on their own for their own reasons, but when someone isn’t prone to even think along those lines then all of a sudden does, there’s likely an unseen spiritual hand moving things along, even a spirit of suicide.

This is a reminder that demonic forces are not limited to causing fear, say as a bump in the night. The most dangerous demonic attack comes by way of stealth perhaps camouflaged by circumstance, and can go on for quite awhile if they’re not recognized and dealt with through the might of the Lord in Jesus name. So be awake, sober, alert, on guard, wearing the whole armor of God (Ephesians 6), be joyful in all things, praying constantly in the spirit, being thankful in all circumstances.
And I’m thankful that the Lord has brought you back to your feet! Glory to the Most High God!!!
Thank you for your testimony and may the Lord bless you always in the name of Jesus!

  16. Hello. I wonder if by reading this book I would have a different position about life than my wife and family who are born Christians. You mention about how this book would challenge the thoughts and beliefs that Christians were taught to believe. This is an interesting catch phrase. I am wondering if you are referring to what we have been taught at school or at church. Any reader on this site would certainly be interested in knowing.

    • Hi there and great question!

Would you have a different position about life than your wife and family who are Christians? You would have a stronger reason to give your heart to Jesus Christ having a better understanding about “why” things happen the way they do first of all. If your wife and family are born again Christians, and they believe that the Bible is the inerrant Word of God, then this book will point out a handful of different places where the Word says one thing, and what’s taught in schools and preached behind the pulpit are two completely different things.

This book is not intended to add to or subtract from the message of Salvation if that’s what you mean. But because of some of these teachings that either don’t adhere to what God has to say about it, or answers that are given are so weak, people that may have wound up asking Christ into their lives may just say, eh, no thanks.

In this book, the Word of God is taken very seriously and in most situations quite literally. God says what he means and means what he says. But in a variety of topics, tradition and religion have shaped the Christian mind in many ways about things being preached and taught as Biblical, when it may not be in the Bible at all!

I guess I’ll give one example. If you hear just about anyone preach about why God flooded the earth, the result would typically be because of man’s sin. Well, that’s not even close. But that’s what we’ve all been taught. I go deep into that one in the book.

If you watch the quick video, I threw some of the issues that are being dealt with in the book. Check it out! It’s just a one minute and change trailer.

Thanks for the question and the comment and God bless you!

  17. This is an awesome article, do you get much opposition? I’d love to start a site like yours because I have much to tell the world what a true battle we’re in. Although satan has been defeated we are at war with good and evil; he’s cunning and his ultimate attack is to tempt and deceive us. People forget that satan knows the bible better than us, how much we have to study it!
It always mind boggles me how people can’t see it, but I guess that’s the deception. I love John Rameriz, he was a satanist for 25 years before he got saved. If he’d written that book 23 years ago, it would’ve saved me so much pain.

    • Hi there Sharon,

Yes I certainly do get opposition, but that’s just par for the course. I agree with you about that. Not only do some people forget that Satan knows the Bible, but they also forget that he’s there in the first place. I do get into that in the book now that you mention it… Twisting the Word of God is a trick as old as the Garden of Eden. Without a firm, well rounded knowledge of the Word of God, you’ll never know what’s been twisted or not.

Thank you for your comment and your kind words Sharon! God bless you forever in Christ Jesus the Lord!

  18. I want to first of all thank you for taking out the time to bring awareness to people, the world about the kingdom of God, our salvation and Satan’s manipulations.

Is it indeed true that soon, someday, the world indeed will come to an end and the earlier the world realizes “this fact” and turn away from their evil deed and turn completely to God, the better for all. Thanks again and hope to see more previews from you.

    • Hi there Johnson,

Thank you for your comment and encouragement! It does mean allot. I’m just trying to do what the Lord wills for me to do. To God be all the glory for any good thing! And I’m with you completely concerning the world’s end. This world (this Babylonian system) is going to reach a peak then obliteration sooner than later I believe. It’s all in the Word! People should get to know it so they can see what’s ahead before they get caught unaware.

Jesus said to watch and pray:

Luke 21:36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

Although this book is not about the end times, it covers different things that are leading to it, and will help the Christian realize what’s going on just outside of their ability to see. You’ll better understand why different things have taken place, or are taking place.

Thank you again for your comment Johnson and God bless you richly in Christ Jesus!

  19. Thanks for your real interesting book and point on live in general I do like it. But what I never understand is that despite all the good books out their like the bible or koran people are evil. Do you think that is all due to supranational or perhaps that people are just evil look at Europe in the 14th – 16th century nothing much changed I think. But that is just my idea do you still have faith in people?

    • Hi Cees,

Glad that the book caught your interest!

I’ve got zero faith in people to be honest. That doesn’t mean I hate anybody or anything like that. But when you use the word faith, I give all of mine to he who is without flaw, the Lord Jesus Christ.

People whether they want to or not, will in one way or the other disappoint, fail, fall, lie cheat or steal… Let me put it this way, have you ever heard of a good parent needing to teach their child to sin? NO, It is always the parent struggling to teach the child not to do what’s wrong. The flesh is sinful no matter how you slice it. Humanity has suffered being sinful since the fall of Adam. That is why it took the “second Adam” Jesus the Christ to pay for the sins of us all, so that when we die, we won’t have to answer for all of the things that we’ve done knowingly or unknowingly against God. And he gives us a new spirit, and on top of that, he gives us the Holy Spirit to dwell inside of us… A direct connection between us and the Father through the Lord Jesus Christ! That may sound strange I know, read Father, Son, Holy Spirit and YOU to clarify how that whole thing works.

All we need to do is receive Jesus and believe that he is who the Bible says he is. Check out the Revelation of Salvation page for more about that if you’re not saved and don’t have a personal two way relationship with the Creator of the entire universe and all that’s in it.

Have faith in the Lord and you’ll do well. The Lord has control over things that people as a whole will never have. Nobody is good save God himself. As Jesus said,

Mark 10:18 And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God.

There are several reasons why atrocities were done back in the middle ages by men who called themselves Christians. What most people don’t want to take the time to figure out is that anyone who is committing an atrocity in the name of God, obviously hasn’t got a clue about what God would have to say on the matter. Tons of people have called themselves “Christians” over the centuries that clearly were not.

Even to this day… Look at most politicians, to one crowd they’ll refer to Jesus and call themselves Christians, then on the next stop they’ll boast about their faith as something else. Whatever will get them to where they want to be. You’ll find the same thing behind the pulpit. But in those cases it’s all about headcount and money. I’m not saying that’s true in every single case of a politician or pastor/priest. There is an outstanding verse in the Bible that shows us how to determine who is a phony and who is genuine when it comes to the Body of Christ:

      Matthew 7

15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. 16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?

17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. 20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

After having said all of that, we have a tempter whose name is Satan. There is a Kingdom of Darkness that has been established by Satan to lead as many people astray and away from God’s plan of redemption as they are able. They work at our sinful nature, making pretty much anything that is against the Lord and what he wants for us appear attractive. I go into that here and there throughout the book as the topics come.

Wow, what a lengthy response! Guess I’m rambling. lol. Well, thank you for the question and I hope I answered it appropriately. God bless you always in Christ Jesus!

  20. Hi Brian. Your book certainly sounds like good reading material for anyone not rooted and grounded in their faith. I wonder, when people say they are Christian, why they seem so surprised and alarmed at what’s going on in the world today.
All that is happening and all that will happen in the future was laid out very clearly for us in the Bible.
Thanks to you for digging it out for those who need that extra assurance.

    • Hi Debby,

Thank you for the comment! People are surprised at the things that go on out there because they are either recently saved, or they’ve been neglecting their time with the Lord in his Word. A Christian who is Biblically ignorant to the spiritual world is actually in danger! You can judge a tree by it’s fruit. But if you don’t know what the fruit looks like, you won’t know what tree it came from.

This book will absolutely help out the person that is young in Christ, and will also benefit those who are sure in their faith. In my opinion, it’s those who have been saved for quite some time will actually be more challenged with this book, particularly when different presuppositions are taken apart Biblically, that many denominations adhere to. Those who are new to Christ haven’t necessarily had these things installed into them, so they would be less challenged in that respect.

For new or young Christians, this is a great book to get into, exploring different areas of the Bible that address things that are not spoken of in most Churches, and closes many gaps that traditional commentary leave open.

Thanks again for the comment and God bless you!

  21. We certainly live in interesting times. The economy is a house of cards, people have lost their way and simple decency is as rare as unicorns.

For those who seek answers from a Christian perspective, Kingdom of Darkness in a Fallen World by Brian Reynolds may give them insight, if not comfort, in a time where evil appears to run rampant.

    • Hi C.G.,

I agree with you. In many cases decency isn’t only rare, but is frowned upon in many places across the world. United States included. Did you know that there are places in Florida that you can be fined or even face jail time for feeding the homeless?

These are the times that we face, and there are puppet masters behind the scenes that are responsible. In Kingdom of Darkness in a Fallen World, we examine through Biblical history just who these forces are that we face and what their endgame is, and what we can do about it.

Thank you for your comment and kind words! God bless you and yours in Christ Jesus!

  22. My first thought when seeing this book is that it may be beneficial given recent events in society, especially for younger adults who tend to be more vulnerable to enticement from malefactors with malicious intent. It appears as though there is a new story on this everyday in the news as of late. Moreover, it probably happens more often than reported. Given that, this book may be a solution or a primer to the denunciation of evil in today’s society.

    • Hi Nathan,

I agree, wickedness is running rampant and what was once considered good, is now considered evil. This is predicted in the Bible to happen toward the last days.

The Book certainly does gives spiritual solutions to the things that we can see happening around us. But it also explains why we see different things happening in today’s society, and how it had happened in the past.

Youngsters are a solid target in the cross-hairs of the Kingdom of Darkness! It is imperative that they know what’s going on, as much as they are able to understand. When spiritual issues are recognized before they are entertained, it can save a young person a boatload of unwanted problems moving forward in their lives.

Thank you for your comment and I pray that the book is a blessing to you and yours!

  23. This looks like an interesting book for any Christian to read, and perhaps it is a good witness tool as well. I am going to pass your link on to my mother because I think this is something that she would really enjoy reading, and she will probably share it with others. Thanks for putting another title on my own “to read” list as well.

    • That would be outstanding, thank you Theresa! In the event it is used as a witnessing tool, there is a quick prayer in the back of the book for someone to go by if they’d like to introduce themselves to the Lord. Saying that, I do understand there is no “official” prayer that if you don’t speak the right words then you wouldn’t be saved. But there are basics covered in that prayer to help somebody that say, was not saved and wound up wanting to come to Christ and thinks that there’s either too much to it, or perhaps has no clue what to do.

When you do get it, I hope you enjoy the book and pray that it is a blessing to you!

God bless you always in Christ Jesus!

  24. This was very interesting to read. One thing I though would be useful is to have the authors name in the first paragraph immediately after the title of the book. When mentioning the book to I’d put the title in italics or bold to make it stand out so that your readers know what they’re looking at.

I loved your statement that if we don’t equip ourselves with answers the world will come up with answers for us and the worlds response is not what we want our response to be.This is very true!

    • Hi there JCamden,

Thank you for the advice. I just did what you suggested. As far as that statement goes, the proof is in the pudding. There are all kinds of worldly or anti-Biblical teachings out there concerning the things that are of a spiritual nature. Each are attractive, each are compelling, each are thought provoking, and each come from the same source, the father of Lies.

John 10:10 a. The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy:

It’s on us as Christians to set the record straight to whoever will listen. Step one is to know what the record is.

Thank you for your comment, kind words, and your advice for the page! God bless you always in Christ Jesus!
